1:1 Product Coaching
Transformational 1:1 coaching that combines inner work for authenticity with outer work for impact
90 minute discovery session
For our first session, we will do a 90-minute discovery session where I ask questions to better understand who you are, where you are in life, and what would make our coaching engagement as powerful as possible.
60 minute bi-weekly coaching sessions (ongoing)
This is the core container of the relationship. Each session we will discuss whatever is coming “up” for you in that moment. I’ll ask questions for us to gain clarity around what is important to you, what’s limiting you, and how we can take action against that. I will conclude sessions by ensuring we walk away with clear take-aways, next steps, and accountability.
Mix of structured & unstructured
If we touch a topic that I have a lot of experience guiding (ex: clarifying values, envisioning your future, developing a strategy, refining your productivity system, etc.), I’ll offer a more structured approach. If we find ourselves down an unmarked trail, my job then isn’t to take you somewhere I think is better (I don’t know either) but instead to join you for the walk, looking for moments of clarity. We step off into the unknown together, and sometimes end up in a place that neither of us knew was possible. (This happens more often than you might think.)
Option to add sessions
If you are in a period where more frequent touch-points, or an urgent matter comes up that could benefit from a “spot” coaching session, we can increase frequency or do ad-hoc sessions.
